2. MAIN PURPOSE:
The creation of a quote request will require the exchange of personal information, through the registration that aims to generate a customer/holder identifier for the acquisition of services presented in any of the channels of the company TRADUZCA Serviços de Traduções Ltda. (hereinafter referred to as Controller) streamlining its service operations. Thus, when you provide your personal data to Traduzca from which you are the holder, these data will be the responsibility of our company and will be under the coordination of the Personal Data Protection Manager at Traduzca, ensuring their confidentiality and their use for commercial reasons only, in compliance with the dictates of the Law and for the purposes for data custody and retention. These personal data include those inherent in personal documents or those of third parties under the responsibility of the Holder/Client for the specific purposes related to the purpose for which they are intended to be made available, endorsing in this relationship the principle of good faith in this commercial/services relationship.
The Data Protection Officer will process your data to manage your order, including distance or face-to-face sales on all available channels, service management and delivery, as well as to channel and respond to requests for information, suggestions and complaints.
Your data will be preserved as long as there is a mutual interest or until the right to oppose, limit or terminate them is exercised.
3. OTHER PURPOSES
Sending of advertising or promotional communications by the Controller in relation to the services marketed by them, through any of the available channels (including electronic means), of a general nature or adapted to your personal characteristics, according to your interests, by means of the elaboration of a commercial profile based on the facilitated information and automated treatments persisting its authorization until the consent is revoked. This information may also be used to carry out market studies, commercial prospecting, reports of consumption habits, statistical data, market trends, including research to improve our services.
All of your information that may contain Personal Data is confidential and any use of it will be in accordance with this Policy. Traduzca will make every reasonable effort to ensure the security of our systems and your data. Our servers are located in Brazil to guarantee their stability and security, and only those who have previously been authorized through communication channels can access them.
When you visit our application or our website, a ‘cookie’ is inserted in your browser, using the Google Analytics software to identify how many times you have visited that web address. Information such as IP address, geographic location, source of reference, type of browser, duration of visit and pages visited are collected.
4. LEGITIMACY
The legitimacy for the processing of your data when requesting a personal service is the execution of the provision of services in full, through which you accept the terms and conditions expressed in the authorization provided to enjoy the services provided.
The sending of advertising or promotional communications for services, as well as the elaboration of commercial profiles are based on the consent given when marking the corresponding fields, and only the clear and objective statement to the contrary will be understood as cancellation of this exchange of personal information.
5. RECIPIENTS
In some cases, it is necessary to communicate or assign the information authorized by you to third parties in order to be able to provide you with the requested service, such as our outsourced service providers, as well as the transport and delivery companies, among others that make finalization and delivery of the service possible, etc.
There are companies that provide us with other types of services, such as information technology. Typically, these technological companies store and process information within the business environment, so we ensure that they are subject to data protection legislation within the scope of their application within our country.
Your information may also be provided to Public Administrations, Judges and Courts when required by these entities in a mandatory manner and within national law.
Our employees are aware of this policy and the violation of the foreseen rules can lead to disciplinary sanctions. Only qualified and authorized personnel are allowed to access the personal data collected. Under no circumstances the information obtained through the website is or will be sold or shared with third parties (except by court order) and we reserve the right to destroy it after its use.
6. RIGHTS OF ACCESS, CORRECTION, EXTINCTION, LIMITATION OF DATA PROCESSING AND PORTABILITY.
The data subject has the right to access the saved and stored data free of charge, as well as to request its limitation, correction, opposition or extinction when, among other legal grounds, the contact details are inaccurate or are no longer necessary for the purpose that motivated its return. If it is technically possible, you can request the portability of your data to another controller.
When some of the rights mentioned above are exercised, we reserve the right to retain data exclusively for the purpose of declaring, exercising or defending a right in a judicial proceeding.
